Instagram Sales FAQs
The sale begins with a tour of the items. Each piece is then shown and described individually: its qualities, its defects, its number (e.g., M-xxx or B-xxx), and its fixed price in euros.
If you like an item, simply comment on its number to reserve it. The first comment displayed on my screen wins the item. There is no “TOP” system.
Any confirmed reservation is considered an act of purchase.
I recommend setting your budget before the sale and writing down your purchases as you go—the bill adds up quickly!
If you change your mind, you can cancel during the live only .
For your first participation, please send me your contact details (name and email) in a private message during or just after the live .
Each object (mineral or jewel) is presented in photo or video , with its fixed price in euros and its main characteristics.
To reserve a mineral or jewelry, reply directly in the “Reservation” box. If your comment appears first on my screen, I will send you a confirmation.
Any confirmed reservation is considered a commitment to purchase .
The day after the LIVE or STORY , your basket will be put online on our website lecristalantique.fr .
To find it, simply type your Instagram username into the site's search bar.
You can also add other items from the store to your cart before confirming your order.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on weight, destination and shipping method chosen.
Payment is primarily made by credit card through our website. Payment by PayPal is reserved for loyal customers . You must pay for your order within 48 hours of placing your shopping cart online.

Yes, it is possible to reserve an item and spread the payment over several installments .
Delivery will only be made after full payment of the amount due.

We deliver via Mondial Relay to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. You will be asked to select a relay point by email after placing your order.
Small packages are sent by tracked letter, others by La Poste (Colissimo or Chronopost). Bulky or fragile items require a personalized quote .
Delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point is free in France only for orders of €150 or more (up to 3 kg and €500 insurance).
Yes , to reduce shipping costs, please add a comment in the “ add instructions ” box at checkout specifying your request, then select the “ in-store pickup ” option. We will hold your cart.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition and unused. Return costs are your responsibility .
