Shattuckite is a mineral from the silicate group, composed of hydrated copper silicate (Cu₅(SiO₃)₄(OH)₂). It is characterized by its intense blue to blue-green hues, sometimes found in fibrous or botryoidal aggregates. It primarily forms in the oxidation zones of copper deposits, notably in Arizona, Namibia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
