Orpiment

Orpiment is a mineral from the sulfide group, composed of arsenic trisulfide (As₂S₃). It is distinguished by its bright yellow to orange-yellow color, its pearly to resinous luster, and its often lamellar crystals. It primarily forms in hydrothermal environments, often associated with realgar.
