Eudialyte is a rare mineral from the cyclosilicate group, composed of a complex silicate containing zirconium, calcium, sodium, and rare earth elements. It is distinguished by its spectacular colors, ranging from raspberry pink to red, reddish-brown, or violet, often with contrasting black or white patterns.
Mainly found in alkaline igneous rocks, it typically forms aggregates or prismatic crystals. Specimens from the Kola Peninsula (Russia) are particularly known for their vibrant colors and associations with nepheline, aegirine, or feldspar.
