Dolomite

Dolomite is a carbonate group mineral, composed of double calcium and magnesium carbonate (CaMg(CO₃)₂). It occurs as rhombohedral crystals, often curved, with colors ranging from colorless to white, pink, yellow, brown, or gray. Found in sedimentary rocks and hydrothermal veins, it is sometimes associated with calcite, fluorite, or sulfides.
