Copper

Native copper is a metallic element found in its natural state, recognizable by its reddish-copper color and characteristic metallic luster. It forms spectacular cubic, dendritic, filiform crystals, or branched masses. Found in hydrothermal deposits and oxidation zones of copper ores, it is often associated with cuprite, malachite, or azurite.
